That Superintendent's Recommendation #22-104, Approval of the Amendment of the Contract with Law Firm of Morgan, Brown &
Joy be adopted as follows: That the School Committee approve an amendment of the contract with the law firm of Morgan, Brown & Joy,
LLP to provide in accordance with in accordance with M.G.L. c. 71, § § 37E & 37F, legal services for labor and employment matters in an
amendment amount not to exceed $23,000.00 (twenty-three thousand dollars).
