That Superintendent's Recommendation #20-75, Contract Award, be adopted as follows: that the School Committee award an amended contract to the following vendor for Vocational School Transportation Services; funds to be provided from the General Fund. Procurement procedures for this contract have complied with Chapter 30B of the laws of the Commonwealth of to Massachusetts.
J.S.C. Transportation, 224 Calvary Street, Waltham, MA 02453 for the period of March 16, 2020 to June 17, 2020 for 63% of the contractual daily rate for the purposes of ensuring that transportation services, and essential operational service, will be available when schools reopen
