Recommendation Information
ORDERED:
That the Superintendent's Recommendation #20-306, Approval of Gifts to Cambridge Public Schools, be adopted as follows: that the School Committee accept and approve the following gifts and receipts as described.
1. An in-kind donation of 151 copies of the book The Day You Begin by Jacqueline Woodson made by the Cambridge Rotary Club for each 3rd grade classroom.
2. $15,000 in 300 $50 gift cards to Target, Magic Beans, Porter Square Books, and Henry Bear's Park made by Alexandria Real Estate to benefit Cambridge Public Schools.
