Recommendation Information
That the Superintendent's Recommendation #20-291, be adopted as follows: to retain the law firm of Morgan, Brown & Joy, LLP to provide in accordance with M.G.L. c. 71, $837E & 37F, legal services for labor and employment matters in a contract amount not to exceed $40,000.00 (forty thousand dollars); and further, that the Superintendent of Schools to be authorized to take the necessary steps to effectuate the retention of these services.
