That Superintendent's Recommendation #20-23, Contract Award, be adopted as follows: that the School Committee award a contract to the following vendor for records management services, funds to be provided from the General Fund, Chapter 30B of the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts having been complied with:
Donnegan Systems, 170 Bartlett Street, Northboro, MA, for the period November 1, 2019 to October 31, 2020, in the amount of $40,000.00.
