That Superintendent's Recommendation #20-06, Contract Award, be adopted as follows:that the School Committee award an amended contract to the following vendor for Temporary Clerical Services; funds to be provided from the General Fund.Procurement procedures for this contract have complied with Chapter 30B of the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

The Resource Connection, 161 South Main Street, Middleton, for the period July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2020, in the amended amount of $30,000.00 (Original Contract $24,000, Amendment $6,000, Total Amended Contract $30,000).
