Grant SC22707. </span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: .5in; tab-stops: 48.0pt 1.0in 1.5in decimal 6.25in;"><strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;"><u><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;">Description:</span></u></strong><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;"> This grant provides referral services for homeless children and their families through services of two Homeless Outreach Workers who connect families with resources and services throughout the school year and summer. It also provides for training by Transition Houses on domestic violence issues for school and community staff.
