<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-right: 6.0pt; line-height: 200%; tab-stops: 48.0pt 66.0pt 408.0pt decimal 6.25in;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 200%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;">That Superintendent's Recommendation #21-229, Retention of the law firm of Morgan, Brown & Joy, LLP for Labor & Employment Matters, be adopted as follows: That the School Committee retain the law firm of Morgan, Brown & Joy, LLP to provide in accordance with M.G.L. c. 71, §</span> <span style="font-size: 10.0pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 200%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;">§ 37E & 37F, legal services for labor and employment matters in a contract amount not to exceed $45,000.00 (forty-five thousand dollars); and further, that the Superintendent of Schools to be authorized to take the necessary steps to effectuate the retention of these services.</span></p>A true copy:
