<p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin-left: .75in; tab-stops: .75in;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;">FY22 SOA Evidence Based Programs, State Trust/Competitive, for the period July 1, 2021 to August 31, 2021, in the amount of $15,000.00.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Grant SC22170.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin-left: .75in; tab-stops: .75in;"><strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;"><u><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;">Description</span></u></strong><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;">:<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>This Student Opportunity Act/Evidence Based Programs (SOA/EBP) grant will support a 0.8 FTE position for an Early College Project Coordinator who will develop and coordinate the district's partnerships with Institutes of Higher Education (IHEs), assist with recruiting and registering students facing economic disadvantages in accessing college level courses, and connect them with supports to ensure their success.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The grant includes the salary and benefits for the Coordinator, as well as $2,300 in stipends for Guidance Counselors to further develop career exploration curriculum.</span></p>
