With these funds, educators will engage in professional learning in non-biased assessments of racial and/or linguistic minorities and work with compliance specialists to ensure fidelity to state regulations. Additionally, staff will engage in professional learning on the collection, analysis and use of data to inform decision on Individual Educational Plans. Principals, APS, and Deans will be provided a workshop on Legal Issues for Special Educators, detailing updating and practices, the principal's role, as well as disability and its intersection with race, language, and socioeconomic status. </span></p>A true copy:
