That Superintendent's Recommendation #22-228, Contract Award, be adopted as follows: that the School Committee award a contract to the following vendor, funds to be provided from the General Fund Budget, Chapter 30B of the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts having been complied with: Interstate Food Equipment Service, 43 Sharon St, Malden, for the periods of: September 15, 2022, to June 30, 2023, in the amount of $61,980.00. July 1, 2023, to June 30, 2024,  in the amount of $64,730.00. July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2025, in the amount of $67,480.00.Total amount: $194,190.00. Description: This contract will provide on-call food service equipment and appliance repairs, as needed throughout the district. A formal bid process was conducted and Interstate Food Equipment Service was the sole bidder.
