That Superintendent’s Recommendation #22-192, Contract Award be adopted as follows: That the School Committee approve a contract with the following vendor, funds to be provided in accordance with the Chapter 30B of the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts having been complied with:

New England Ice Cream Corp. 555 Constitution Drive, Taunton, MA for the period of July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023 in the amount of $180,000.00.
