Recommendation Information
That Superintendent's Recommendation #22-170, Approval to Retain the Law Firm Morgan, Brown & Joy, LLP for Labor & Employment Matters, be adopted as follows: That the School Committee retain the law firm of Morgan, Brown & Joy, LLP to provide in accordance with M.G.L. c. 71, § § 37E & 37F, legal services for labor and employment matters in a contract amount not to exceed $45,000.00 (forty-five thousand dollars); and further, that the Superintendent of Schools to be authorized to take the necessary steps to effectuate the retention of these services.
