<p>WHEREAS: Kathryn Fenneman has worked at Tutoring Plus of Cambridge for over eight years in varying capacities, including as the Executive Director since 2014; and<br>WHEREAS: The mission of Tutoring Plus is to advance educational equity by supporting youth in their academic, personal and social growth through free, individualized tutoring, mentoring and enrichment programs; and<br>WHEREAS: Ms. Fenneman helped grow Tutoring Plus to reach more students in Cambridge, working with over 170 students each year and bringing life-changing services to our youth; and<br>WHEREAS: Throughout her time in Cambridge, Ms. Fenneman also served as a Member of the Cambridge Nonprofit Coalition Steering Committee, the Community Benefits Advisory Committee, and the Central Square Business Association Board of Directors; and<br>WHEREAS: The School Committee is grateful for all of Ms. Fennemans’s work at Tutoring Plus and her many other contributions to the Cambridge community; now therefore be it<br>RESOLVED: That this School Committee go on record congratulating Ms. Fenneman for her work with Tutoring Plus and wishing her well in her future endeavors; and be it further<br>RESOLVED: That the Executive Secretary be and hereby is requested to forward a suitably engrossed copy of this resolution to Kathryn Fenneman on behalf of the entire Cambridge School Committee.</p>
