ZBF905 | BFCIT Construction Management

Course Description

Our Construction Management Associate of Science program will give you a strong foundation in technical and organizational skills that apply to construction projects from conception to completion. You will also learn green building practices, building information modeling, scheduling, and estimating. The scale and scope of the construction manager’s role has expanded to include the approach known as integrated project delivery. As a result, construction managers are now part of the project delivery team from the outset, rather than joining just before construction starts as was once common practice.
