Below you will see descriptions of possible involvement levels. Please indicate all areas you would be interested in supporting our students:

Advisory Board: Become an involved leader on a Rindge School of Technical Arts (RSTA) Program Advisory Board composed of industry, community and educational partners; meets 2x per year.

Career Fair Exhibitor: Serve as a presenter and speak with students regarding details of your occupation.

Client Connect Projects: Fun and mutually beneficial way to connect students to your business. The goal of the project is for students to find and present to you creative solutions to a business based problem.

Cooperative Education: Provide a RSTA student with cooperative learning employment related to their program of study.

Corporate Sponsor: Financial and personal/educational support of programs such as the Robotics Team.

Employment: Offered to students if and when necessary, most likely within the realm of post-graduation.

Guest Speaker: Present to a group of students on your expertise within your given career field.

Informational Interviews: Provide students with the opportunity to ask questions as a means of initiating a professional relationship with your industry that allows them to get firsthand, relevant information about the realities of working within a particular field, industry, or position within your organization.

Internships: Host a student as an intern within your organization. Flexibility for both the business as well as the student will be key.

Job Shadow: Provide students the opportunity to experience your company in real time.

Mock Interviews: Provide valuable feedback to students to help them improve their interview skills.

Site Visit/Company Tour: Students will learn the in's and out's of the business.

Partner/Business Application - Providing Career Exploration Opportunities to Cambridge Students
