If you want to learn strategies to: Be Aware & Avoid or Reduce Risks Around You. Be Assertive When Someone Harasses You. Be Able to Physically Defend Yourself Against an Attacker and Get Away. Then, This Club Is For You! This training involves a physical as well as a lecture component. No previous self-defense experience is needed. All different levels of fitness are welcome. After you enroll, your parents will need to fill out some paperwork needed for you to attend. You’ll need to commit to full, on-time attendance throughout the session. After full attendance of this training, I will activate your Lifetime Return and Practice Policy, honored anywhere an authorized R.A.D. Basic Physical Defense Program is being offered, regardless of instructor and free of charge.Eligibility: This course is exclusively for girls & feminine presenting people 13+ years old.
