Cross Country - After school intramural athletic opportunity between schools in the City. To be eligible: Students must turn in a valid Physical Exam, dated within the last 13 months. They must turn in the Certificate of Completion for the online Concussion Course at nfhslearn.com (this will be done as a team). And they must be fully vaccinated (two weeks after the second shot) or have an approved exemption.
