If you want to learn strategies to: Be Aware & Avoid or Reduce Risks Around You. Be Assertive When Someone Harasses You. Be Able to Physically Defend Yourself Against an Attacker and Get Away. Then, This Club Is For You! The dates are: 3/12, 3/19, 3/26, 4/2, 4/9, 4/23, 4/30, 5/7, 5/14, 5/21, 5/28, 6/4, 6/11. You must attend all sessions. This training involves a physical as well as a lecture component. No previous self-defense training is needed. All different levels of fitness are welcome. This course is exclusively for girls & feminine presenting people 13+ years old.Eligibility: This course is exclusively for girls & feminine presenting people 13+ years old. Priority will be given to 8th graders.
