Putnam Ave Queer Collective (The PAQC) Details

Putnam Ave Queer Collective (The PAQC)
Putnam Avenue Upper School, 3014
"Are you a student who identifies with/considers yourself a part of the LGBTQ+ community? Are you a student that identifies as an ally to LGBTQ+ students? Then you can come and join "The PAQC!" (Pronounced "The Pack"). The Putnam Avenue Queer Collective is a group where students can come together with others who fall under the queer umbrella, those who considers themselves an ally, or may be questioning their identities to feel a sense of pride and community. The collective is run by Art Teacher Mx. Dupont and 7th Grade science teacher Ms. Tarek, two openly queer faculty members who aim to help foster an informative and supportive, safe space, for LGBTQ+ students and their allies to feel free to express themselves. We will be hosting weekly lunch meetings (called the Lunch PAQC), in which times will vary depending on the week, so notifications will be sent out! We will also host meetings the last Thursday of every month, after school, in the art room (3014)! Join the PAQC and find your community, we’re glad to have you!!”
