We are planning to hold grass volleyball sessions every Wednesday, meeting on the lawn in front of the public library. During these sessions, we will either play or travel to nearby Hoyt Park to engage in games and teach members about the sport in general and at CRLS in particular. After a core group of boys' varsity players had a great time playing grass volleyball this summer, we thought that forming a school club could provide a more structured schedule and an opportunity to include other students. In past years, a couple of graduated varsity players have dedicated some time to coach and play with the next year's team over the summer, but without any structure, it was a less than ideal format. Additionally, such a loose structure made it more difficult for new/rookie players to participate. In the future, we hope to move indoors during the winter months and begin reaching out to other schools to organize games and playdays.Meeting Date(s): Wednesday
